SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a proactive individual to fill our Sales Representative position.

Working closely with the Sales Director, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing orders, and supporting client relations. A typical day at MINI TIPI involves:

  • Identify and approach new customers and boutiques according to the strategy established by the Sales Director
  • Coordinate and participate in sales shows as required
  • Participate in the selection process for new boutiques
  • Manage the onboarding of new sales locations
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Track and resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and efficiently
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, invoices and contracts according to established procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date customer files
  • Collaborate with client procurement departments to position MINI TIPI as an approved vendor
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position or in a position with transferable skills
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google suite (sheets, doc, drive)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • A degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and Cin 7 Core software
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • CRM knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and perseverance
  • An action-oriented attitude
  • Good listening skills
